This is key to make and sustain a community/group. This is key to get ready to the tough times. This is key to learn/unlearn/relearn.
Mental preparation and mental health is key. There is one key component steering your actions and how you do them. That component is called the attention mechanism. It is the basics of behavior and how to take care of your brain. Knowing the attention mechanism helps to:
- Beat your own mental problems, through emotional intelligence
- Gain more self knowledge
- Dealing with fear
- Communication and conflict resolving.
- Creativity and problem solving skills.
- Understanding observation and interpretation and making better decisions
As a trouble shooter I look at the world and see the problem in the psychological domain, that same problem might not be so apparent for all concerned but to have the right knowledge is key in the near/far future if we want to stay cool when SHTF and make our groups work and thrive. Your main tool of survival is your brain, know your tools!
